No matter how many times I read articles like this, the words still have so much value. I can reprioritize and realign my rhythm and often times need the reminder that I am either doing well or could get back to what I know I should be doing. Thanks.
Thank you for sharing your reflections, Michelle. I agree, it's a skill we continuously have to reflect on and fine tune. Often my body (i.e. physical sensations like fatigue, upset in my stomach, low back pain) gives me a sign before my brain realizes I need to honor my boundaries. So paying more attention to my body has been helpful to me too.
